The cabin is in the historic Upper Canyon area of Ruidoso, New Mexico. It feels peaceful and private, but you’re still only 5–10 minutes away from Midtown, where you can find shops, restaurants, and fun things to do!

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and near any doors or entryways.

Violating this policy may lead to immediate removal without a refund and a $350 deep cleaning fee.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
